We ship to all cities across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Quetta, and more.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

You’ll receive a confirmation call or message before dispatch.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 5–7 working days, depending on your location.

Remote areas may take slightly longer.

During peak seasons or promotions, delivery may take up to 10 days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Free shipping offers may apply during special sales or campaigns (as advertised on the website or Instagram page).

Packaging & Handling

All items are packed using secure, break-resistant packaging to protect your clay products in transit.
In the rare case of damage during shipping, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp. You can track your order through our delivery partner’s portal.
